Products · Three of my own · All live

Three products, built solo, blank file to production.

Bet Better, Zyro and Scoutr are three live businesses I built and pay to run. Everything I sell has run on my own money first. Bet Better proves the SEO + AEO work. Zyro proves the CRO work. Scoutr proves the Automations & AI work. All three are built the way a Websites job is built.

No NDA on these numbers. I can open the dashboards on a call.
The products

The three products.

Each one is described by what it is made of, because that can be checked. Where a fact needs a technical name, the plain meaning sits next to it.

Bet Better
Sports analytics · Proves the SEO + AEO work

A sports analytics site with thousands of pages, built from scratch. It is the biggest of the three, so it is where I test search and AI-answer ideas before using them on a client. 1,200 organic clicks a week from Google, over six weeks, from a small base. Google Search Console, unpaid search only.

019,008 pages, every one listed for Google in four sitemaps (the index a site hands to search engines)
02A news feed of 242 pages that Google re-reads on a rolling 48-hour window
03A 23,540-byte llms.txt, a plain-text guide to the site written for AI models
04A Content-Signal header that tells ten named AI crawlers, in writing, what they may read and train on
0513 public identifiers that let Google confirm who is behind the site, including a researcher ID and two knowledge-graph entries
06Three published datasets with permanent citation numbers (DOIs)
07A free data feed other software can read without a login, with its manual published
08Card payments through Stripe, with the seven background events (renewals, failed cards, refunds) handled by code I wrote
Click figure: Google Search Console, Performance, organic only, over a six-week window. My own property, so the screenshots are on the write-up page and the dashboard opens on a call.
Built with the same tools your site would be. ASP.NET, SQL Server, a content delivery network in front, Stripe underneath.

Zyro
Conversion tracking and testing · Proves the CRO work

A product that records which ad or search brought each customer, on the server rather than in a browser cookie, and tests which version of a page converts better. The category has almost no casual search traffic, so the figure is small and stated as an absolute. About 250 organic clicks a week in that category.

01About 108 pages
0254 long-form articles on tracking, cookies and measurement
038 calculators
047 competitor pages
05Live page testing that sends more visitors to whichever version is converting better (Thompson Sampling)
06The same server-side tracking that's in Package 3, running on itself
Click figure: Google Search Console, organic only. Stated as an absolute because the base is small.
The low-volume proof. Zyro's category has little search volume and the method still produced clicks.

Scoutr
AI marketing, run nightly · Proves the Automations & AI work

An AI marketing platform. Every night, unattended, it works out who a business's buyer is from public data, tests campaigns against that buyer before money is spent, and publishes across connected platforms with guardrails. My automation prices come from running it. Running Scoutr nightly is how I know what an automation costs to build and keep running.

01A nightly AI engine, scheduled, logged, and restartable from any stage
02Six platform connections (ad and social platforms), each with its own limits and its own way of breaking
03Several AI steps in sequence, with each model version pinned so an update can't change the output overnight
04Brand-safety guardrails that block output before it reaches a platform
05Password rotation and repairs when a platform changes, the same work automation upkeep covers
06No traffic figure quoted. It is not a search product
Where the automation prices come from. An AI workflow that runs nightly for months teaches you what a quote has to include.
Why this matters to you

Every technique on your site has run on mine first.

I test ideas on my own sites before yours.

01
The tools are the same tools.

ASP.NET, SQL Server, R for the models, Stripe for payments, and WordPress where a client needs WordPress. Everything I recommend is running with users and revenue behind it. I am the one woken up when it stops.

Same tools, same person
02
The crawler check comes from server logs.

Bet Better tells ten named AI crawlers what they may read. Its server logs show which of them turn up, what they fetch and how often. The AI crawler check in the Answer Engine Audit is the same check, pointed at your site. Many sites block AI crawlers by accident.

Read from server logs
03
Conversion tracking is tested on my own money.

Zyro tests its own pages against each other and tracks its own sign-ups on the server. A cookie set by page code expires in Safari after seven days, so a returning customer on day eight is credited to the wrong source. A cookie set by the server is not capped. The server-side tracking in Package 3 is that fix.

Tested with my own budget
04
Automation quotes come from operating one.

Scoutr's nightly engine meets every failure an AI workflow meets: a model version retired, a platform changing how it connects, a password expiring. Automation upkeep promises a response inside one business day and a fix target of two, because one person can keep that promise.

Limits

What these prove, and what they do not.

The line, drawn by me.

They prove
  • I can take a product from a blank file to production on my own, and keep it there.
  • I can operate what I build: payments, crawlers, nightly AI runs, and the 3am alert when one of them stops.
  • The search and AI-answer techniques I sell have produced measurable Google clicks on sites I control.
  • The numbers are checkable. My own Search Console opens on a call. No agency and no NDA in the way.
They do not prove
  • That your site will get the same result. These are my products, in their categories, with my content. They are not client results.
  • That any of it happens fast. Six weeks is the window I report on for Bet Better because that is the window I have.
  • That the absolute numbers are large. They are not. 1,200 clicks a week and 250 clicks a week are stated as absolutes so you can judge the base.
  • That I guarantee traffic, rankings or AI citations. I do not. The only promise on this site is the migration promise, on the websites page.

Client work is on a separate page.

Client results are held to a stricter standard: the client's own Search Console, published with permission, or the mechanism alone. The Podiatry Healthcare Group rebuild is described by what was found on the old server and by every old URL working on launch day, with no traffic figure.
