Four fields. The fourth is a dropdown. There is no message box and no phone field. I do not ring people.

The four things I do are websites, SEO and AEO, conversion (CRO) and automation. The form saves a copy on my server before it emails me.

What happens next

You get an email, not a booking link Usually the same day. It says which of the four service lines applies, roughly what it costs, and whether it is worth doing.

A call only if there is a reason for one Twenty minutes, free, once there is something specific to talk about. If your problem sits outside what I sell, you get that in writing.

How quickly do you reply?

Usually the same day. Always within two business days, Melbourne hours. The reply comes from me.

Why is there no message box on this form?

A paragraph you have to write is the most common reason an enquiry never gets sent. Your website address and one dropdown are enough for me to open the site and the search data before I answer. If you want to write more, reply to my email.

What happens to my details?

Your name, email, website address and the option you picked are stored on my server and emailed to me. No mailing list. No automated sequence. No CRM. Ask and the record is deleted.

Do you charge for the first call?

No. The first call is 20 minutes and free. If you do not need what I sell, I will say so.

What does an engagement cost?

Packages start at A$2,900 a month + GST. Automations start from A$1,500 + GST, and websites are quoted after I look at your site. If that is not your range, I will say so on the first call.
